Folk Music Ontario Conference 2023
Registrations are now open for the 37th Annual Folk Music Ontario (FMO) Conference on October 12-15th, 2023 in London, Ontario.
The FMO Conference is Canada’s largest industry event for Folk Music. Each year, the community gathers to strengthen connections, develop careers, and create opportunities through showcasing, professional development, peer sharing, one-on-one meetings, mentorship, networking, and more.

ARTISTS: If you are an artist who has applied to showcase at the event, please take advantage of the Artist Rate and the Band Member/Side-Player Rate.
**Every artist needs to register at least one member of their group at the regular artist rate of $200. Additional band members or side players can then register at the rate of $75. The Band Member / Side Player Rate allows entry for the full conference, and access to all activities and venues.

Most activities will take place at the host hotel, The Doubletree by Hilton London. Some showcases will be taking place at outside venues around London (locations TBA)

The Opening Reception will take place at 4:00pm on Thursday, Oct.12
The Ontario Folk Music Awards will close the conference, taking place on Sunday, October 15, concluding at 4:00pm

Each year the finest of Folk Music is celebrated at the Ontario Folk Music Awards.
This year, in conjunction with the Folk Music Ontario Conference, we will be celebrating our nominees and winners at an awards gala on Sunday, October 15th, at the Aeolian Hall in London, Ontario.
Nominations for the 2023 Ontario Folk Music Awards will open in May, 2023.
